Contract basis
EDUCARE24 is a combination of legally independent insurance contracts exclusively sold by Dr. Walter GmbH and its partners.
The health insurance policy is based on the General Insurance Conditions Tarif AI24 (2008) of Central Krankenversicherung AG Köln.
The liability insurance policy and the deportation costs insu-ance policy are based on the General Liability Insurance Conditions (AHB 2008) and the Special Liability Insurance Conditions AI24 (2008) of Generali Versicherung AG.
The accident insurance policy is based on the General Accident Insurance Conditions (AUB 2008) and the Special Accident Insurance Conditions AI24 (2008) of Generali Versicherung AG. The insurance policy is governed by German Law. In case of appeal, the responsible supervisory authority is the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority), Graurheindorfer Str. 108, 53117 Bonn.
In case of appeal, you are furthermore entitled to apply to an extra-judicial arbitrator:

Right of revocation
